Wednesday rewind
Countryside 5, East Lake 4
Countryside edged East Lake, scoring the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Sean Sobush led the Cougars’ offense, going 2-for-4 with an RBI and a double. Luke Neubauer drove in two runs, while Luke Tregillus added a double and scored a run in the victory.
Ethan Hawkins earned the win with three scoreless innings of relief, allowing just one hit and striking out one. Cody Hollenbeck started for Countryside, giving up four runs (one earned) over four innings.
